As a Customer Sales Associate, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable connection between customers and the services that make their daily lives easier. You’ll play a key role in educating customers, guiding decision-making, and ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and solution-focused.
Our company is looking for driven, people-focused Customer Sales Associates to join our growing team! This is an on-site role where you’ll support customers both in-office and throughout the community — including nearby clientele locations and local businesses.

What You’ll Do
Engage with customers in person at local partner sites, community locations, and our Orlando office
Recommend the best communication, internet, streaming, and smart-home service solutions based on customer needs
Support both new and existing accounts, including service upgrades and account adjustments
Build customer rapport through clear communication and consultative guidance
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems
Stay informed on promotions, service updates, and new product offerings
Work collaboratively with your team to achieve individual and group performance goals
What We’re Looking For
Must be 18+
Must be able to work on-site
Reliable transportation for local daily travel (not a remote role)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead conversations and confidently recommend solutions
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or similar roles is helpful — but not required
Interest in technology and digital home solutions is a plus
