Customer Sales Associate

As a Customer Sales Associate, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable connection between customers and the services that make their daily lives easier. You’ll play a key role in educating customers, guiding decision-making, and ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and solution-focused.

Our company is looking for driven, people-focused Customer Sales Associates to join our growing team! This is an on-site role where you’ll support customers both in-office and throughout the community — including nearby clientele locations and local businesses.

As a Customer Sales Associate, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable connection between customers and the services that make their daily lives easier. You’ll play a key role in educating customers, guiding decision-making, and ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and solution-focused.


What You’ll Do

  • Engage with customers in person at local partner sites, community locations, and our Orlando office

  • Recommend the best communication, internet, streaming, and smart-home service solutions based on customer needs

  • Support both new and existing accounts, including service upgrades and account adjustments

  • Build customer rapport through clear communication and consultative guidance

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems

  • Stay informed on promotions, service updates, and new product offerings

  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve individual and group performance goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be 18+

  • Must be able to work on-site

  • Reliable transportation for local daily travel (not a remote role)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to lead conversations and confidently recommend solutions

  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach

  • Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or similar roles is helpful — but not required

  • Interest in technology and digital home solutions is a plus
